This medium roast from Fazenda Santa Barbara in Sao Francisco and Santo Antonio delivers an elegant, smooth cup highlighted by rich cocoa notes. Cultivated in the Parana and Sao Paulo regions of Brazil, it combines Catuai and Mundo Novo varieties grown at elevations between 750 and 1050 meters. Grown in volcanic loam soil, the coffee is processed using the pulped natural method and sun-dried to enhance its refined flavor profile.
