This medium roast from Medellin, Antioquia, Colombia, presents elegant flavors of dried orange, berry, and chocolate. Grown by smallholder farmers, it features a blend of Castillo, Caturra, Colombia, and Typica varieties cultivated at altitudes of 1300 to 1500 meters. The coffee thrives in volcanic loam soil and undergoes a fully washed process before being carefully dried in solar dryers, ensuring protection from rain and preserving its nuanced character.
