This medium roast from Peru offers a refined tasting profile featuring notes of salted caramel, silky sweetness, and bright citrus. Sourced from the Cooperativa Agricola de Servicios Norandino, it includes varieties such as Caturra, Bourbon, Catuai, Pache, and Catimor. Grown at elevations between 1100 and 1700 meters in the Piura and Amazonas regions, the coffee thrives in clay mineral-rich soil. The beans undergo a gully washing process followed by sun drying, enhancing their distinctive flavor characteristics.
